I want ___ necklace but on a shorter/longer/different coloured chain. Is this possible?

Yes. Once you have placed your order email us with full details of your order (name, email address you paid with, home address & what you ordered) and specify which length or colour of chain you would prefer.

Do you accept custom orders?

Sorry, we are currently not accepting custom orders at the moment.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

We no longer offer wholesale due to limited stock availability. We believe the whole appeal of vintage and handmade jewellery is that it is not mass produced and worn by everyone, therefore you get to own something special which you're unlikely to see on the masses.

We will however consider selling items on a consignment basis, preferably to UK boutiques. If you are interested in this please email us for more information.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your item we are happy to offer you a full refund (minus postage & packing fees) provided you return it in its original, unworn condition and in the original packaging. Returns are not accepted on custom orders or on earrings due to hygiene reasons. Returns will only be accepted up to 14 days after purchase, please email us to arrange a refund. When returning items please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting from the post office as we cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach us.

All refunds will be made in the manner payment was received (i.e. if ou paid with PayPal, you would receive a PayPal refund or if you paid by cheque, you would receive a cheque from us).

Can you do an express order?

If you want to place an express order (e.g. for a birthday) email us before placing your order and we will do our best to help. Express orders within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (signed for next day by 1pm). All express orders will be subject to extra postage fees which will be calculated with each individual order and a seperate invoice will be sent to you.
Please do not place your order then say you need it by a certain date. Email us to ensure we are able to fulfil your request first. Thanks!

An item I want is out of stock. When will it be available?

As many of the items on the site are vintage or made from vintage beads and charms, there is limited stock so once an item has sold out if may not be available again. Some items can be reproduced (in small quantities!) in which case we will put an estimated availability date on the item page. As a guideline, if an item is marked "sold out" it will not be available again, or if an item is marked "temporarily sold out" it will be available again. Join the mailing list to keep up to date with restocks and product information.

Where do you buy all your charms?

The internet is a great place! But if we told you where exactly, we'd have to silence you ;)
